I will start with the bad news so we can end with good news. This has been bothering me since we did inventory. To me, this is unbelievable! You know I did a post shortly after we opened about people stealing scrapbook supplies from me.I was aware of some stealing here and there. I even knew some of the people who took things right after they took them. Unfortunately, I didn't see them put the items in their bag or pants or where ever they put them. We did our inventory January 1st. As we counted I realized just how much was stolen. There were items missing from every category and a lot of it. When we finished and got the final report, the total stolen was $6798. As I said before, why would a person steal items and then use them to preserve their family and friends memories? Are they going to look through their albums and say, "this was stolen from here, this stolen from there"? How can they be proud of an album like that? They probably aren't even scrappers. They are probably selling the stuff. I know if they steal here, they most likely steal from other stores too. I sure hope they get caught and get the help they need!

Now for the good news. Our sale was fabulous! Thank goodness I shopped for what I wanted before the sale started. When I look back on all of this, I will remember all of the wonderful people. The majority of people who came in were very caring and wonderful to meet and deal with. I had so much fun every day! I couldn't have done it without the help of my wonderful family! I also had the best employees and design team members. There are many extremely talented people here in Savannah. We were lucky enough to have two of the best on our design team. Thank you all for sharing your talent with me. I learned so much from all of you. I can't wait to scrapbook again!
